吴应辉，中央民族大学研究生院院长、国际教育学院教授、博士生导师、前院长（2006.9-2014.9）。华语二语教研学会会长（2014年度），中国语文现代化学会汉语国际传播研究分会副会长。主持国家社科基金重点课题和一般课题各一项，其他课题10余项。2007年以来中发表了20余篇国际汉语教学及汉语国际传播研究领域的前沿性学术论文；出版专著《汉语国际传播研究理论与方法》；策划并主编《汉语国际传播与国际汉语教学研究丛书》和《国际汉语教学研究生系列教材》。 担任学术刊物《汉语国际传播研究》主编、《国际汉语教育》、《国际汉语教学研究》、《世界华文教学研究》和《世界华文教育年鉴》编委。
二、「新书」【中国古典中的西方元素 】

主讲人：马伯庸，著名作家。他将由西方新词中译为切入点，从中国古典作品中探究西方元素。
三、「展览」【“海陆空——重访录像艺术的空间性”影像展】
时间：3月26日-5月6日
展览地点：广东美术馆第5、6、7、8、9号厅
影像艺术在中西方几十年的发展中由仅仅强调写实性和固有上下文语境的叙事性，逐步转向对作品主体、即场空间和媒材之间多元关系的理解和思考。
四、报告题目：Optimization of Value-at-risk and Convex Risk Measures

摘要：
Value-at-risk (VaR) and convex risk measures are widely used risk measures in financial risk management. In management practice, decision makers often need to estimate and optimize these measures. In this talk, we first discuss how to use conditional value-at-risk optimization techniques to solve VaR optimization problems. We then consider an important class of convex risk measures called utility-based shortfall risk (SR). We formulate the problems of estimation of SR and optimization of SR as standard stochastic optimization problems, and suggest using a sample average approximation approach to solve the problems. Properties and merits of this approach are also discussed.
主讲嘉宾简介：
胡照林，同济大学经济与管理学院副教授，硕士生导师，2011年毕业于香港科技大学，获工业工程及物流管理系博士学位。研究兴趣包括模拟仿真理论和实践，随机优化，金融风险管理。在Management Science，Operations Research，INFORMS Journal on Computing等期刊上发表论文。曾为Operations Research，IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control，Winter Simulation Conference等国际期刊和会议审稿。目前主持国家自然科学基金和省部级项目各一项。

九、题 目： Some energy stable schemes for phase field model with moving contact lines

摘 要:
we present some efficient energy stable schemes to solve a phase field model incorporating moving contact line. The model is a coupled system that consists of incom- pressible Navier–Stokes equations with a generalized Navier boundary condition and Cahn– Hilliard equation in conserved form. By some subtle explicit-implicit treatments, we obtain a linear coupled energy stable scheme for systems with dynamic contact line conditions and a linear decoupled energy stable scheme for systems with static contact line conditions. The energy stability is obtained by rigorous proof and numerical results also show that the proposed schemes are very efficient and accurate.
个人简历:
Dr. Yang got his Ph.D from Purdue University at 2007. After he finished 2 years Postdoc at UNC-CH, he joined University of South Carolina at 2009 as an assistant professor. He was promoted to Associate Professor with tenure at 2013. He has published around 35 journal papers and was partially supported by NSF, DOD-ARO, DOD-AFOSR and NSFC.
